Registration

The following items are needed for registration of ALL players:

1. Player's USA Hockey Registration Number. Click here to go the the USA Hockey site. USA Hockey registration number is needed to complete your Langford Park Hockey Registration below.
2. TeamSnap - you’ll be prompted to start by creating a TeamSnap account. We’re using this tool for all team management and once you’re registered, you can use the desktop or app to see your skater’s or skaters’ schedule, roster, and team messaging.
3. New Skater Birth Certificate (not required if you have submitted this previously). If you use a phone to photograph the document, please be sure it is well lit and clearly legible.
4. If you have questions along the way, please email info@langfordparkhockey.com. The email is checked sporadically during off-season and at least weekly during the early season when registration is open.
